Job description

As Brand Support Officer, reporting to  the Brand Manager, you will  be involved  in new projects in relation to the abovebrand management domains.
You will also take care of some specific tasks regarding:
Brand Management toolbox (MailGenerator, Email signature forms, Office templates): update, improvement, internal communication
BE BRAND BOOK (internal platform offering relevant brand info & access to toolbox):  regular  update  of  info,  initiatives  for  activation  &  use  by  target audiences
Brand Universe (external platform with all available brand info, guidelines & downloads): implementation & maintenance of BE content in the new Group platform
Brand  Management  processes :  establish  &  communicate  clear  processes to improve branding accompaniment of business communications teams
Branding mailbox (helpdesking) : follow-up on questions


Job requirement

  • French = Mother tongue or bilingual
  • Dutch = Mother tongue or bilingual
  • English = Excellent spoken -written recommended

Technical experience

  • 7 years’ experience in communication
  • proven experience in Branding specifically
  • Perfect knowledge of advertising both traditional & digital (app, social media, websites)
  • Working management experience with external agencies
